We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Diggerland (11 mins drive) and Chatham Docks (17 mins drive). It was spot on for a family trip - two adults and a five year old. We stayed in a premier room which was comfortable and very quiet. We had a breakfast and dinner package (very good value booked 3+ months ahead), and the breakfast was superb. A good choice at dinner too with some flexibility to order from the main menu. We used the pool once and really enjoyed it - it was quiet (at 8am) and warm. The hotel staff were all very welcoming. A special mention to Michelle in the restaurant who was friendly and super helpful. Our son was given an Easter goodie bag on arrival and had an Easter egg and Fruit Shoot on his bed, which he was delighted with. A lovely touch, thank you. We had a great stay - our first time at a Holiday Inn and we'd definitely return.

Free car parking. Good restaurant and a selection of draft beers in the bar. As expected, the room was clean and bed was comfortable.

All round excellent stay, the staff at breakfast were friendly , very welcoming and went above and beyond making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel met our expectations on every level and would not hesitate to stay again .
