Excellent location. Spatious and clean. Check-in is impersonal, but Andy responded promptly and was very friendly and helpful when we had a problem with the sink.

Very easy check-in and parking with instructions provided the day before. Spacious room with sitting area and comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood but still very close to downtown restaurants/shops. We appreciated having the pedestal fan so we didn't need to use the window AC. Would definitely stay again!

The property was in a very quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and very large. Loved the old house but would have liked to know more about it's history. Easy access, sign in. Parking was handy. Nice to have a refrigerator.

Very good location just above downtown Charlottesville. Interesting large old home on Prince Edward Island. Good sized room with microwave and fridge.
