Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Good underground parking. We came with a big van, which doesn’t fit in most underground parking lot. But this one fits fine.

The underground parking and access to Hotel was clearly set out with helpful email in advance of arrival. Staff explained and allowed easy ticket validation so multiple entries were possible. Breakfast was a pleasant variety of hot and cold. Lifts take a few goes to get used to, so keep your wits about you with old and children!

loved the location and proximity to everything within Charleroi. everything was clean and I also like the consideration for the environment with a bin for sorting recycling and rubbish. we ordered a taxi for our super early flight. the taxi driver was amazing and even gave our kids waffles once we got to the airport in his lovely Lexus taxi 😀

We booked this at the last minute as we couldn't drive home any more. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is fantastic right inside/ beside the Rive Gauche mall. Easy to access from downtown. Staff was also great on checking in and out.

Location perfect, friendly staff. Room is spacious with terase and very quiet. Beds very comfortable. Hotel is in building group of big shopping center and 5 min to train/bus station.

Location was good. There was a music festival just in front of the hotel but it was not noisy at all. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking was very convenient.
