The fine print
All comfort rooms have 1 King or 2 single beds. All executive rooms have 1 king and 1 single bed or 3 single beds. For extra adult/child in Comfort or Executive rooms we are placing an extra bed.PET POLICY:We accept dogs up to 10 kg. We do offer a welcome kit upon arrival, which consists of a dog bed and also some snacks. Keeping the rooms clean though requires more time and effort from our side, and thus we charge 15 EUR per pet per night.-Please keep in mind the following rules:
-If you have other pets or dogs 10 kg and you are interested in staying in our hotel, please email us and we will review your request.
-Maximum 2 dogs per room are allowed.
-Dogs must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guests.
-Dogs must comply with local legislation requirements.
-Any disturbances, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
-Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its operator from all liability and damage suffered due to the guest's pet. The hospitable hosts and staff is the real value of every hotel and this one make no difference. Welcoming, lovely, involved and caring people and all of them can speak at least 3 languages - a necessity in the business. Pool area is the gem of hotel's crown. Comfortable, spacious, kid-friendly (our 1-year-old daughter found it amusing), sunny and has a breathtaking view. Definitely a must visit!

Ampelia Hotel in Kassandra was an absolute gem! The hotel itself was beautifully designed, like an oasis. Our room was spacious, and offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—delicious, varied, and plentiful. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s bar. Recommendation is Caesar salad with chicken: big portion, fresh and really tasty! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops, yet still quiet and peaceful for a truly relaxing stay. The hotel’s ambiance made it feel like an oasis. What made our stay truly special was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience, offering fantastic recommendations and always ready to assist. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Renovated beautiful pool area, big rooms, very tasty coffee and food in the bar. Delicious and varied breakfast. Friendly staff. A quiet and peaceful place, everything you need for a great holiday.

People were very nice and friendly. Good breakfasts. The room was well furnished with quite big taras and a kitchenette. Cozy swimming pool area. Especially pretty in nighttime.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean. The location is absolutely perfect! It’s close enough to the beach and local attractions, yet in a peaceful area that allows you to relax and unwind. The breakfast was a real highlight for me. It had a fantastic variety of fresh and tasty options, from local Greek specialties to continental choices. The staff were friendly and always made sure everything was well-stocked. Overall, Ampelia Hotel exceeded my expectations. It's a perfect place to stay if you want comfort, a great location, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere! I definitely book one more time!

I booked this hotel as it's one of the very few hotels in the area that accepts pets. They even offered a dog bed and some snacks upon arrival - which was a great small surprise. For anyone who has been in Hanioti or Pefkohori you would really appreciate that this hotel has parking and it's located within a walking distance from Hanioti and a 5 minutes drive to Pefkhohori. Last but not lease I have to mention that the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay great. Thank you Alina and Anna and looking forward to seeing you next year.

I loved that the property is located within a 10 minute proximity from Hanioti - but it's so peaceful and quite there in comparison to the busy village. While this is a 3 star hotel the pool area is so nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the options from the snack menu.

Friendly welcome, large and clean room. Awesome breakfast that meets the 3 star hotel standards. Pool area was awesome and we spent a lot of time there, having drinks and something to eat. Next time we will stay for more days.

I loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect—not in the busy area—and it has parking space. It’s so cozy and simply the perfect getaway for anyone. Amazing breakfast options are served at the bar/restaurant next to the pool, where you can find great prices and a very delicious menu. The staff is amazing and will make sure you get everything you ask for. The pool and the fresh, watered plants really add to your relaxing getaway.
