Luxury stay in the heart of the oldtown 💙 Great location - everything is in walking distance, king bed that is very comfortable and clean room with daily service. Having a coffee machine in the room is a great add on!

We were in the smallest room, and it was still incredibly comfortable and beautiful. Perfect if you are a solo traveller, or only staying a couple of nights. The location could not have been better and Sofoklis was really awesome in helping us plan the next part of our journey. We would 100% stay here again!

Chania was our last stop in Crete and this was a lovely spot for our final stay. I'll note that our apartment was two flights up and around a windy staircase (historic building) so could be challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues. That said, our host, Sofoklis, very generously assisted with my bag when we met to pick up the keys and was so helpful throughout our stay, being reachable via WhatsApp and sharing great advice on local beaches, etc. I was worried about finding an available taxi when we departed for our early morning flight and he connected us with a driver that he knows who came right up to the plaza outside, perfectly on time and getting us there with time to spare :) The suite itself was spotless and comfortable and it was lovely having access to the rooftop deck and hot tub (though, in the middle of Greek summer, we definitely set the temps to cool!!) Vener Suites are located right in the heart of Old Town so it was easy to pop out and be at the waterfront in under 5 minutes. My husband had Google Street viewed it before booking but the street view must be outdated because the location was much better than we even anticipated! It's a nice area - safe, central, and scenic - with lots of ice cream shops nearby :)

It is in the centre of the old town, so it’s really convenient. Everything is near - restaurants, shops, bus station. Very nice place. The bathroom had a nice shower. The host was really nice and helped us with stuff that we needed.

Great location with a lovely comfy bed. Roof top jacuzzi was the highlight.

I liked that the host was very thoughtful and checked in prior the checkin as my flight was delayed several hours.
