A wonderful modern property, located in a quiet area but only 10 minutes away from Georgioupoli resort village - a lovely place to visit for beautiful beaches, good restaurants and a bit of shopping. We had all amenities we could possibly need and everything was in perfect condition. AC in every room as well as TVs and black out shutters to ensure a perfect night sleep. The pool although on the smaller side is just right for a small family, especially with little ones and was cleaned every morning. A cleaner was also sent to the property halfway through our stay and freshened up the villa which was much appreciated.

We had an amazing time, the house, pool and everything was prefect. It looked as on the pictures presented. Dimitri and his wife were wonderful hosts, very helpful. Every afternoon we enjoyed nice drinks and food (especially apply pie :)) at their bar/restaurant. The house and surroundings were very clean. I can definatelly recommend this place.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very cozy and clean, and the terrace with swimming pool offered a beautiful view. The location is excellent to visit many of the wonderful places on the island (the beaches of Balos, Elafonissi, Preveli, Seitan Limani; Cities like Chania and Rethimnon; but also the nearby village of Georgioupoli and lake Kourna...). The contact with Dimitris was superb. He is a very nice person, very responsive and always helpful!
