Emily - so welcoming and helpful. She arranged car hire for a day and wrote out specially a detailed itinerary, which was perfect. Our room was really comfortable, very good bed, with an enormous jacuzzi. The location in the heart of the Old Town could not be better.

Everything was perfect. Central location, the room was recently renewed, very clean and the jacuzzi breathtaking. I would rate the customer service way above 10. The owner helped us with everything, even to rent a car. We felt very welcome.

It was one of the best hotel which I have ever met. Lady, which is Owner of this place, met us very friendly with vines and we were very impressed from this stay. Very well recommend this place, 10 from 10👍👍👍

I was lucky enough to be the first guest to stay in the ground floor apartment and I almost cried of happiness when I walked in the room! Such an amazing location right in the heart of old town and honestly one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in ever. I stayed in the ground floor apartment and found the size to be perfect for me! All amenities were top notch and the service is incredible. Everything was very modern and I felt very fancy after staying in hostels previously, a lot of attention to detail has been made. Also one of the first hotels I’ve stayed at in Greece that had amazing lighting in the room! Although it’s so close to the city centre I was able to sleep sound without any interruptions from the busy streets surrounding, I even slept in till 12pm on my second day! The hosts are a big part of my great experience too and I have made great friends with them in my time there and highly recommend staying here to everyone! I can’t wait to come back to Crete and stay here again! Oh and the spa bath is ginormous you could fit three people in there easily (I did not but the possibility is there) and it is so relaxing - be careful how many bubbles you put in there however!
