The balcony was big. The location was central. The room was well maintained and clean and quiet for the center. The night host was super friendly and helpful. Fine place for an overnight sleep to catch the bus in the morning.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and nice, all of them. Also the location of the hotel was excellent being just couple of minutes walk away from the centre.

Tina Hotel is centrally located, close to markets, cafés, and the charming old town of Chania. But what truly made our experience special was Nikos, the owner. He is kind and helpful, always providing us with information and advice on where to go, how to get there…. We stayed for 4 nights, spending most of our days exploring the island, and every time we returned, our room was spotless. We’ll remember him always with his smile. Thank you :-)

Receptionist Nikos was very helpful…gave us a lot of tips what to visit…hotel was close to everything…few minutes by walk to city center…maybe 15 minutes to nice beaches…for the people who don’t plan to spend their holiday in hotel room more than enough…:)

The owner was very helpful with late check-in because of delayed flight arrival and information about local area and places in Crete. Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from old town. Highly recommend.

General friendliness and convenience. It is not a bland tourist hotel. The room was large with a big bed, a desk and a balcony.
