I will like to tell you about our stay in Chania and Spartis House 50 meters from the beach. I have never been in Chania or Crete before. Taxi from/to airport cost euro 30. We just took a taxi from taxi stand. The driver was very polite and nice. Anna and Michail was there when we arrived. I recommend this house. We were only two persons, stayed for two weeks. You have living room, walk through bedroom 1 with double bed, kitchen with water boiler and fridge with freezer, bath room with shower and toilet, bed room 2 with twin beds and a big fan. There is a small outdoor space in the house but we did not use that. Outdoor space have a washing machine and another toilet. You have ac in living room. Wifi was strong and worked very well. So, location. For us it was perfect. It seems that locals live in the area, and that made our holiday perfect. At evenings we sat on the pavement like the locals. And the locals are very nice and polite. If you dont bother to go out and eat, Pita Goal serves you lovely food like gyros, souvlaki, burgers etc etc. Yes , there is a small beach 50 meters from house. I started every day with a morning swim. Water is clear and sandy seabed. You could just stay there, we did on week 2. Got lazy. The restaurants on this side are many with friendly greeks. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to old town. The old town is just beautiful, but I am happy that we stayed on the local side of town. You will have access to large beaches on the east side of town. Very lovely beaches. Sunbed costs 15 euro. I will recommend you to take local bus 21 from just above old town. Cost euro 2. Buses have ac. I will recommend a stay in this lovely house, owned by two lovely persons. We made our booking through booking.com and pre paid the stay directly to Anna. We had a lovely vacation. Thank you Chania.

Very nice apartment with everything you need for one pleasant stay. The location is simply fantastic. You are close to the old city and yet you are close to the beach. A 10-minute walk to the center of the old town along beautiful promenades by the sea. I enjoyed my stay and I sincerely thank the wonderful hosts Michalis and Anna for creating a unique corner in the heart of Chania. I especially liked the paintings and artwork of Anna, which are on the walls of the apartment. They gave a special warmth to my stay. I felt like at home and can't wait to go back again.

Loved the street and the locals. Sitting out on the foot path in the evening. Grabbing a gyros from the little shop across the road. Early morning swims in the beach which is so close. Wandering into the old town at night. A beautiful walk along the waterfront to get there. Loads of restaurants are very close. Just loved it.
