Exceptional service. Hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. The location is perfect, centrally located. Rooms are clean with balcony, great views esp at night.

Lovely setting, great breakfast. The staff were lovely and tried to be most obliging. The pool area although small had a lovely pool. Room service and hotel food was delicious and reasonable. The position of the hotel was exceptional to access things which was very important as some days my daughter was in a lot of pain and unable to go out. Lovely cleaning ladies who did a great job.

Literally everything. The pool was beautiful and the staff was so polite. I loved my welcome drink and my free Raki. The breakfast was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. For the price it was a great deal.

Really beautiful relaxing hotel. The staff were extremely helpful with the many queries I had about Crete. The room was immaculate and modern. It had everything I could possibly need. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area really lovely. I will definitely be back.
