It was in the old town and the building was magnificent, just beautiful. Our room had a harbour view balcony so we sat and watched the world go by. Really lovely room, very comfortable bed with a fridge and coffee making facilities. Very special place.

The hotel is in an excellent location for being in the centre of the Old Town. The staff are warm and friendly and everything is laid out well with the best view from the rooftop. For 3 night's stay as a base to visit other places, and for value for money, the hotel couldn't be faulted.

Location was amazing. They sorted a transfer from the airport and had one of their employees meet us to help with luggage as you can't drive right up to the hotel. They were fabulous!

The location is perfect, right in the old harbour but not far from the available parking places. Plus it is not too loud (which is important in that side of Chania. The view from the terrace is exceptional!

Staff very kind, we had to do early check-out and the host kindly prepared some sandwiches for our way. Location as very good. Hotel is very typical and beautifull.

LOVED the location - in the old town but about 2 mins from the noisy party so fine at night. The host was fantastic, helpful and friendly - organised an early morning taxi for me which was great. The facility itself was so sweet - a split level apartment which optimised space. The aircon was very appreciated. I really liked how the light switches worked so you could turn the main lights off from up in the bed nook area so there’s no point where you need to stumble in the dark. A fantastic stay!
