“Fantastic penthouse apartment 100m from Nea Chora Beach.”

This is the 3rd time we stay at Mare Civitas Apartments, first time in the penthouse, and as always it was an absolute pleasure. The apartments are spotlessly clean, cool and quiet. Easy self check in, and the host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Spacious and well stocked kitchen. The penthouse has a large roof terrace, which wraps around most of the apartment, with a view towards the sea/beach. The Nea Chora Beach, with a lovely sandy beach and several really good restaurants, is only a 1 minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding location. Great service. Very clean property. Fast and easy communication with the staff. Close to the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Nice little apartment very close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Had everything you needed really and was cleaned every day free of charge. It was a little simple and basic in some parts a bit dated but super convenient and location wise perfect. The hosts and service people were really kind and responded super fast to any requests. Only thing I would say is that the shower is poor and very old, also it seemed to leak a good bit but due to haveing the drain in the floor was ok, the cold water tap in the bathroom didnt work at first, which was sort of repaired temporarily by the staff but didnt fully fix it, we worked round it and got used it so didnt mind it that much. Otherwise it had all the things necessary.
