The location is fantastic, with excellent views of the city and also the sea. A traditional breakfast and wonderful hosts.

From the booking confirmation, the proprietor was quick to text a personal welcome and answer all my questions. She helped me book a taxi from the airport and left clear instructions to find my room. The room was clean, perfect for a single traveller and I had an excellent view of the bay and old town. Breakfast was prompt and was met by the friendly ladies who work there. Too bad it was just a quick overnight stay but I’ll be back for sure.

Super convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the airport and a moment away from the center of Chania, with Anna's very helpful tips on parking in the city center. Spacious room, perfectly clean and well-equipped. Stunning view of the city center and the sea. Adequate breakfast. Maximum availability for any needs or requests. The property certainly deserves the highest score, especially considering the modest cost.

Anna and the lady who works there were amazing, kind, and very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very good but the same thing every day. The room and the whole area were super clean, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The figs that we picked from the tree were delicious. It was the cherry on the sundae.

Perfect location just outside the old town, and absolutely gorgeous views from our balcony. Staff were so accommodating and happy. Will definetely recommend Loucerna Suites, and will likely rebook in the future. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
