The most breathtaking views the best sunsets of Chania the staff went above and beyond expectations, breakfast was wow, we would like to mention Vasa Xrisa who were at the reception they were so kind and helpful throughout our stay even arranged a treatment for me with Maria the beauty therapist which is a must if you go to this hotel the treatments are exceptional especially by Maria also Zak Dimidris who delivered breakfast and was at the bar and a special mention to Georgia (yoryia) who was our cleaner she was amazing at cleaning our room and one occasion left us beautiful flowers in a glass for us it’s those little things you remember So thank you each and everyone of you at the Lagon hotel we will be back again outstanding service a must hotel whilst in Chania.

Everything was perfect! The view is breathtaking, breakfast delicious and the staff very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. We really enjoyed our trip!

Staff are amazing and bend over backwards to help. Rooms are big and the views, particularly at sunset.

The staff is super friendly, informative and professional - you can tell they enjoy and take pride in working here. The food was sensational - special mention for the shrimp tacos. Big choice for breakfast which is delivered to the room. The view from the Ambassador room was spectacular with a beautiful sunset.

The room was beautiful with a great view. We loved our private swimming pool! The included breakfast had many different options, all of which were delicious. Each day we were given a menu and checked the items we wanted delivered to our room the next day. The first day we checked a large number of items because they all sounded so delicious! But when they were delivered, we realized we had over-ordered - there was so much food! After the first day, we were more discerning. We also were very impressed with the staff. Everyone was very cheerful and accommodating and super friendly! In my photos of the property, I included one of Chris, the receptionist and Zach the very creative bar tender. We loved gettingn to know them.

The view is spectacular. It had a jacuzzi and a sunny balcony.. and the breakfast was wonderful, so much choice. Staff were great especially the reception ladies. Pricey but I booked late so got a better deal. Wish I could have stayed longer

Bright white and well designed hotel. Sensational breakfast, but we expected the menu to change each day - it didn't. The dishes were quite big, maybe a little too big, because we weren't able to finish them. Great, if you are really hungry in the morning. The private pool ist awesome and the bathroom with two sinks looks quite modern. The whole team (especially at the reception and bar) was so very nice, they made us feel really welcome everytime. There is a free parking in the basement of the hotel. And there is also a LIDL market quite near.
