The rooftop garden is just amazing and the perfect location for the breakfast! The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. Teresa, one of the owners, gave us many tips on what to see and eat, and one of the restaurants had the best food we had! Teresa's Portuguese, just like us, helped us feel a bit at home, and we're so happy we chose this hotel to host us on our vacation. The rooms are incredible, great space, very nice and comfortable. If we're back in Crete (and we will be), we will stay here again. Chania's old town and a beach are really close to the hotel, and you don't need a car to move around.

Perfect location in Chania - quick to the centre on foot, quiet, reasonable rates, beautiful roof top where breakfast is served. I will return there for sure when going again to Chania.

The location: two min walk to the beach and seaside restaurants, 15 min walk to the old port. I prefer staying in places like this, much less crowded and quieter than on the main street, but still close enough for exploration of the historical center. The hosts were super friendly as well, doing everything they could to enhance the experience. The homemade jam was delicious.

The location is just near the Chania old town. It was perfect for us after exploring the island and went to the airport the next day in the early morning. The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is spotless clean, comfortable bed, the staff amazing. The late check in was fast and the location was perfect for us.

A very well maintained family owned and operated property very close to a nice sandy beach and 10 minute walk into old town Chania. The owners are very friendly and helpful and will provide beach towels and umbrellas upon request.

Really loved this hotel, booked for one night while I visited Chania. It was a good price and lovely little room. The bed was comfy and I got a good night's sleep and it also came with a little balcony, didn't have a 'mountain view' as stated, but I wasn't too bothered about that as I really like urban areas. I wish I had stayed here instead of the hotel I am currently in! The hotel is in a great area not to far a walk from the main city and old town, also just down the road (as of Oct 2024) there is free parking at Avea old factory, get there early (before 9am) for a good spot. The guy at reception was friendly and inviting and also gave me information of things near by and because it was quite, he even let me check in early.

Location was lovely, right by the beach with lots of good seafood restaurants lining it. 15 mins walk from old town which is beautiful
