We had a lovely stay at the Elia Palazzo hotel. It is in a perfect location in old town, close to all the shops, harbour and beach within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and clean with fresh towels daily. So much choice at breakfast and very friendly and accommodating staff. We will definitely be back!

A great location on a pedestrianised street in the old town, but also very easy to access the seaside restaurants at both ports. The room was large, the air con excellent and a very good bathroom.

The location was perhaps the nicest street in Chania, being traffic free with excellent restaurants and good shops.

The location of this hotel is perfect- you are in the old town, where you have a variety of restaurants, gift shops, also a few mini-markets (open until late evening). It is also at a walking distance (10-15min) to Nea Chora beach. Moreover we have found a very cool spot very near, where you can enjoy the sea. Even if you’re in the old town, the location is at walking distance (10-15min) to the new town’s center. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned each day, the air conditioning very useful.

It's a clean hotel, close to the seaside, so location was great. We really liked the breakfast and the lady who was preparing the breakfast in a very nice and neat way. Room was OK and balcony is a bonus.
