Yorkieirish “A comfy, convenient city hotel with great breakfast”
Check in was very smooth even though we arrived early our room was ready. On the 3rd floor our room was quiet but did not have a great view from the balcony, but we didn't mind. The room was very clean, fresh and airy. nice size bathroom with walk-in shower, robes and slippers provided as well as lots of toiletries. Hairdryer in bathroom also. The bed was comfy with choice of pillow and a coffee machine for the essential morning cuppa. The breakfast had a very good choice with covid restrictions applied, ie masks, gloves etc. Plenty of food with unlimited drinks. Overall a good city hotel.

Our stay was excellent. Perfect central old town location. Staff very helpful and went the extra mile. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was very clean and tidy. 10/10

As regulars to Chania Old Town we were looking for somewhere comfortable, easily accessible and with breakfast, and Elia Bettolo did not disappoint! Excellent location, with really friendly helpful staff, breakfast was well worth it, and the rooms were really comfortable and inviting. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely revisit.
