Everything was clean, we got AC in the room and a beautiful view. We also forgot a small belonging in the room and the staff kept it and let us pick it up later at night.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Nea Chora beach is right in front of it. The beach is well maintained, has fine sand, easy access to the sea. The beautiful town of Chania can be reached by a pleasant walk along the promenade in 15 minutes. The area is quiet, there are no cars on the alley in front of the hotel. There is an unfinished construction nearby, so it might be noise sometimes. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Loved every moment. Perfect location. Beautiful views. Staff were amazing,. Excellent value for money. Dna we called her (on the bar) was so lovely as was Anastasia and the owner. We are returning next year! Can't wait! What a Fabulous place!

The most important thing is the amazing location—just steps away from the beach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself has a fantastic bar. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and I was pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Our room also had a large fridge and a great AC, which is essential during the summer. I highly recommend this hotel.

They were very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. What an amazing place ! I stayed there with my little boy. Location is amazing ! Sea by the entrance. Lovely sandy beach, great for kids as shallow. 15 mins walk from Chania town centre. Lots of nice restaurant next to it by the beach. I really loved Chania! Staff are friendly. Lovely blonde lady on the reception and a lovely housekeeper. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. We stayed only one night, but I could go back any time. 5 star hotel for me.

Location was great. Right on the beach and a 20mn walk to old town. The staff was very friendly especially Anastacia 😊 Always ready to answer any questions! I would definitely come back!
