The location is just amazing, right in front of the harbor. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The restaurant serves great food and the breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

Excellent! Impeccable!+++*** A 500 year old Venetian building maintained to perfection. Decoration, cleaniness, staff, room amenities, everything 10/10! Highly recommended little gem!

Zoe on reception was great, and very helpful throughout out stay. It was a last-minute trip so we didn't have much local knowledge and Zoe helped us with everything we needed. Great hotel, very comfortable.

We loved our stay at the Cretan Renaissance. It was a pleasant surprise and exceeded all our expectations! It's in the most central location for exploring the Old Town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. A special mention to John (owner), his Mum and Zoe for their kindness and hospitality. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. The restaurant underneath the Cretan Renaissance is delicious, we even got 15% off our meal! We had the room with a balcony - amazing views! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Chania! :)

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel with amazing staff and the breakfast was excellent. The room is very nice, the decor is great and we loved having a small kitchen area with a fridge, it was very useful. We had an absolutely lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, Staff were friendly and willing to help Zoe was so helpful and Manolis (Chef)help with a situation. Restaurant in front of Cretan beautiful food and Greek coffee was perfect 🤩
