“Spectacular stay, no faults”

This place is superb. We stayed for 6 nights: 1. The rooms are actually nicer than the pictures 2. The manager, Georgia, was amazing - so helpful and gave us lots of brilliant suggestions for sights, bars, restaurants and beaches 3. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, one of the better breakfasts we've had in Crete. Also very filling with a real mix of food - you wouldn't need lunch afterwards! 4. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is super modern 4. Location is superb for all parts of Chania

Very clean and cosy hotel with absolutely nice staff. Everybody was so friendly and uncomplicated. We were welcomed at night with a bottle of wine and a pizza - so nice, perfect late check in at 1 o’clock at night! Even the room change after two nights from a Comfort room to a whirlpool room was easy. We changed the rooms because of our hiking tours and stressed legs - the whirlpool is perfect for tired legs after hiking! We really really recommend to stay at Balance Hotel, it’s the perfect spot to be in Chania and to explore the island with its beaches an hiking/walking trails! The breakfast was amazing as well, with fresh juice, Joghurt, cereals, eggs, toast, croissant, bread, Marmelade etc. We had the perfect stay! Thank you really much!!!
