Staff super welcoming with smiles and a Greek treat on a rainy day! Fantastic room and facilities and perfect location for town. Parking brilliant and right next to hotel. Did not get to use free bikes, but they looked ideal for a trip into the old town (which was close). Close to many attractions (driving) and would not hesitate to recommend!

We loved the hotel, small but cosy. Excellent installations, our room was upgraded to one with a jacuzzi, which was lovely. For my birthday we decided to have breakfast at the hotel and it was so worth it, everything was made fresh for us with local and in season products. The best by far were the staff, which were always available and very helpful by giving us tips on restaurants and places to visit. All the tips were excellent! Lastly, the parking is small but enough for everyone staying and the location excellent, we only had to walk 5/10 minutes to the old town and in 10 minutes you're on the highway to get everywhere else. It's definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I think my only critic is that I'm someone who likes to unpack, and there was no wardrobe.

Our stay at Balance Hotel in Chania was a truly pleasant experience, thanks to its fantastic hospitality, delicious breakfast, and convenient location. A special mention goes to Georgia, the manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Her warm hospitality really stood out! The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality items to start the day right. We also appreciated the private parking, which made it easy for us to explore Crete without worrying about finding a spot. The location was ideal—just outside the old town, so it was peaceful, yet still walkable to supermarkets, local restaurants, and even a laundry, which was very convenient. We enjoyed being in an area frequented by locals rather than just tourists. The only slight drawbacks were that the room could have used a bit more furniture to make it feel more functional, and the safe was difficult to use, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, Balance Hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Chania. With its friendly staff, great breakfast, and convenient location, we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice staff who always give advice. Clean, cozy room. Excellent coffee available. Only the bed mattress could be a little harder. Hotel in the center of the city and at the same time a short distance from a beautiful beach. We were very satisfied.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The Receptionist is so kind and helpful. The room was a beauty. The location was quiet, near the sightseeings of the old city. We booked extra the breakfast and it was a delight. We will be back for sure!
