This is a wonderful place to stay in Chania. The hotel is very nice and clean, the stuff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop is something to look forward to. It is located in the city center, so everything is very close. We will definitely come back.

Location was excellent for us, Staff, as in Olga and Maria, also excellent. We never met our cleaner however, she did an excellent job and we were very happy with the cleanliness of the room.

Excellent location very close to old town. Room ver clean and had everything we needed. Lovely spacious private terrace with table chairs and two sunbeds.

The staff, especially Olga, was amazing. She was super friendly and took excellent care of my aunt and her friend, who don't speak English very well. Olga even showed them what a Cretan hospital looks like! I would recommend it 1000%. The location is also fantastic.

Excellent location, people there were very helpful, very welcoming, very caring. Ms Olga is amazing, top filoxenia! She kindly asked us if we had a plan for our short vacation in Chania and within 10 minutes she prepared a list of places to go, local restaurants to try, villages to visit. She was spot on! We loved everything! Room was spacious, very clean, complementary coffee and water. Definitely, highly recommended!

Room and bathroom very clean, toiletries are provided. There was a hairdryer and provisions for coffee/tea. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and super helpful and efficient throughout, with advice on things to do and see, and in finding an additional room for my friend at short notice. Very central location, near to shops and restaurants, and very close walking distance to the old town, marina and Venetian port.

The staff is simply mind-blowingly friendly, especially Olga and Maria. Special thanks to Olga for making our stay a huge joy with her kindness, caring and recommendations. The location is unbeatably central and easy access from the airport (the central bus station right around the corner). The breakfast offers everything you need and Maria is there to help you out with her friendliness. The hotel is very clean, too.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Central City Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city’s bus station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options, including homemade granola. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. However, what really made our experience stand out was the staff, with a special mention to Olga, the best host in the world. She was incredibly kind and helpful, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, offering us fantastic recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Their personal touch made all the difference, and we truly appreciated it. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with amazing service in a great location!
