We had a late check-in but the process of getting through the main door and getting the key was seamless - there was even a paper on the door welcoming us into the room we rented, which was a nice touch. In the morning we were asked to go to the reception which is right around the corner to do the proper check-in. The host gave us a map with restaurant/attraction recommendations which was very handy. The property is right in the city centre, in a lively street with cafes, restaurants and shops. The flat we rented was on the first floor (whisch is considered the second floor in continental Europe). The facilities were great, everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. There was water in the fridge which was handy, plenty of power sockets, bathroom essentials and storage space. Stayed here for two nights and forgot some clothes, so the host contacted me via WhatsApp so that we could come and pick them up.
