“Wonderful, miss Changsha already!”

The welcome by the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got hot tea during check-in. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all comforts. The breakfast is very extensive and tasty. Also during our stay we got a lot of tips about what we could do to discover Changsha. The hotel manager is very friendly, we definitely want to come back here.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We had our lunch at the hotel and the meals were very sumptuous. The hotel staff right from the reception through to the dinning went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a change of itinerary which the hotel helped us to actualize. Everything about this hotel will always bring us memories of boundless happiness. If my family and I are to travel to Changsha again, this shall be our hotel of choice

Spacious comfy room with round bed and nice views with some luxury touches. Round bath was great. Big bathroom. Helpful staff who also spoke English. Fruit delivered everyday to room.

Having Jack Ma in weechat , before arriving at the hotel Also Mr Rover help me how to turn on the TV and the light. As we are about leaving the hotel, mr Feng help me with Alipay appto order DIDi to high speed train station.

The hotel’s foreign visitor specialist added us on wechat, and he could help in any question during our stay. This gentlemen, Jack Ma gave us advice ok having breakfast and dinner, public transport, room service, massage and also guided us in the hotel. Perfect and unique service. Definitely come back. Breakfast has both traditional Chinese and continental options. Direct metro line feom airport, and direct to the exhibition hall.

This hotel exceeded our expectations!!! The hospitality and service was 11/10! We have never experienced such helpful staff especially Jack Ma who greeted us even before we arrived and made sure we had a smooth check in and that we knew where we were going at all times. We even had issues with our airline and needed help contacting them in china and couldn't thank the staff Jack Ma and Feng enough who helped us. Even when we had to rush off to the train station after check out Jack Ma sorted everything out for us to relieve our stress. Would recommend 200%, you will be well looked after from beginning to end!! ☺️

From the reception mr rover assist me all the posible ways to arrange me a comfortable room.mr jack ma as genaral manager looked after me from the day first arranging meals as i need also restaurant staff supported me in all the ways.also they help me to go to bank to change money and i highly tecomond this place for forigners as many staff are fluent in english.food is very good .room sirvice exelant .i realy enjoy my stay in this place .restaurent is in 31st floor with a city view.
