Staff always ready with a smile and can do attitude, going an extra mile to help out in every way. Enjoyed the temp controlled swimming pool, golf cart rides and the inroom bath. They also decorated our room for our anniversary

It was an impromptu booking that led me to sukh vilas on my trip to kasauli. It was a one night stay but everything was exceptional. From the booking process to checkout everything was trademark Oberoi.

This was our second trip. Mostly to get away from the hustle bustle of Delhi. Excellent location - lovely place to reinvigorate. Excellent food (very unlike the industrial fare typically found in hotels). Loved the Bajra Khichri and its garlic pickle - in fact ordered it next day too; took its recipe from very helpful chef.
