I had a wonderful stay in Chandigarh thanks to Hishey and his family at Negi Lodge. Hishey gave me all the information I needed and offered to drop me in several places. I could even prepare my breakfast in their kitchen and practice yoga at the rooftop. They also prepare a woderful breakfast if you want, paratha and other items. Even if the house is located in an area outside the city centre, I felt completely safe as a female solo traveller and it's also very close to the railway station. This lodge is highly recommended and I wish to come back one day.

It is not far from the railway station. There are many little shops and simple eateries in this busy and noisy neighborhood Owner was polite and can be contacted by WhatsApp while staying there. Reasonable clean by Indian standards. Small breakfast served inside the room (Coffee or tea and eggs with toast).
