Very clear description was provided to the office where we were able to pick up the keys. Glad to see that they have an after-hours key pickup if needed. Hosts were friendly. they described how to get the apartment but it still required us to hunt around a bit, not being familiar with the town. We were very grateful that the hosts held on to our luggage after checkout to enable us to do a few more hours of touring that day in Chamonix. This is a very good location, in town and near the Aiguille du Midi lift. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here at this comfortable, practical and affordable accommodation within Chamonix.

The apartment is very clean, the staff gave accurate and detailed instructions of the property and surroundings. The complimentary sncf pass makes travelling to other parts the Chamonix surrounding really convenient and handy .
