A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Chamonix! We had an incredible stay at Hotel Gustavia! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—right near the center of town and just steps from the station, making it ideal for exploring Chamonix and getting to the slopes with ease. Our rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect retreat after a long day outdoors. The food was another highlight—healthy and hearty breakfast options that set us up perfectly for a day on the slopes. A special shoutout to the hotel bar, Chamber 9, which became a firm favorite, especially among the 20-somethings in our group. The lively atmosphere, great drinks, and friendly vibe made it a great spot to unwind. New Year’s Eve was the absolute highlight—amazing food, a fantastic atmosphere, and a celebration we’ll never forget! Thank you, Hotel Gustavia, for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Location great, quick walk to shops, train station and le plannards.Hotel staff very friendly and helpful when our taxi was cancelled last minute due to snow.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff is exceptional. It's right across the train station, amazing location. The restaurant has an extremely beautiful bar, the croissants are the best I've ever had. Highly recommend the place.

Really good central location, there is also elevator, which is good despite of it's speed.
