Great location, great balcony view of the mountains, very friendly approachable staff Staff gave me a charger adapter as I only had Swiss and not EU, no charge My room had a bath!!

This was our second visit. The location is spectacular. The staff are lovely. Breakfast is very good. The underground car park was a big bonus for us allowing me (as a disabled traveller) access to the lift straight from the car.

The hotel is very well located within Chamonix. The room was a good size, had a comfy bed & great views. The breakfast was good too.
