Hotel was perfectly located. Small, basic, but sufficient for what we needed and perfectly comfortable. There was an issue with our room, but staff acted immediately and it was rectified straight away...we ended up in a bigger room with a view of Mont Blanc, so nothing to complain about there. The only real thing I'd comment on is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The thin net curtain did not fill the window and was very see-through at night. As it faced over a busy square, we didn't feel particularly comfortable and ended up having to block the gap with our bags and coats, and showering with the light off at night so we couldn't be seen. Not ideal.

The staff were fantastic and the location is perfect. The hotel has a daytime bar which is reasonably priced and very friendly.

Great location, good staff. Rooms very, very dated and basic. Breakfast set up and choices poor. But it's a 2 star hotel. I normally stay in 4 star but in Chamonix outside of what I'm prepared to pay for accommodation.

The location is fantastic, close to loads of shops, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was basic but good. The daytime snacks were good and included toasted sandwiches. Good value and would definitely stay here again

Well located, very nice and helpful staff, warm rooms and clean. The structure is a bit old, but it has everything one needs, beds are comfortable and rooms are cozy. Good value for money.
