The management reserves the right to limit entries depending on the number of people.Access to the spa for children (up to 13 years old) is authorized from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.Breakfast is served in the dining room from 6.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.We would like to remind you that you have free access to the spa during your stay so from 4:00PM, day of arrival, until 12:00PM, day of departure. The spa is not available before the check-in and after the check-out.Please note that the parking has limited parking spots, therefore it needs to be book in advance (limited upon availability).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything... Location is ideal, straight off the main road and 100 metres from the lift up to Mont Blanc and a mountain view from nearly every room WOW..!!! Staff are so polite and helpful, even to limited French speaking visitors (like us..). Nothing is too much trouble and the lady at reception gave us so much help and advice on the area, cannot thank enough. Hotel is immaculate, everything works, top quality and you have just got to try the swimming pool and spa facilities.!! And.. free coffee and water in reception... NOTE.. PRE BOOK PARKING AT THE HOTEL WHEN YOU BOOK. There is limited parking and not much chance of getting any if you don't pre book, so make sure you arrange before coming. It's reasonable and below the hotel so well worth it. (Somebody didn't book while we were booking in at reception and however much the the receptionist tried there was no room to park.. he wasn't happy, but it says on the website to pre book..!!!) We will be back and will stay longer next time. Thanks.

lovely hotel with very friendly staff- free hot drinks in reception whcih is welcome after a day on the slopes. great bar area with live music some evenings, the spa is also amazing a good place to unwind.

Excellent hotel, everything is spot onnfrom complete service to what it has on offer. The spa is first class. The added bonus of the concierge sevice to sort ski passes, transfers and ski hire from the on iste store is unbeatable. The staff are all very helpful. Alex in the ski shop there is spot on too. Very helpful!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good for ski bus and town. Spa was fantastic. Loved all the little extras like the coffee / hot chocolate stations, water cups and bottles, sweets and juices and crepes in the evening.
