Location was perfect to take the Flegere cable car. Car is however required to go to Chamonix

The staff were amazing from the time we booked, answered all our emails and even phoned us They were super friendly,great English and very helpful Les Praz is sensational, such a cute little town and Eden is central to everything Quick & free train ride into Chamonix, walk to lifts and restaurants

The hotel is very well located, a few minutes by foot from to the train station and the ski slopes! The staff is very helpful and friendly!

The value for money was excellent, plus everything was really clean and comfortable. I believe this is a really good option when booking a stay for chamonix, all though it may be a little far, there’s a train station just across the street and the hotel gives you complementary tickets during the time of your stay.

This review is going to be severely biased. Upon arrival to the hotel we did get upgraded. The upgrade was incredible. The staff was kind and she explained our upgrade to us but she was too humble about it. We were elated when we saw the room. We had booked the loft room, which I believe is just a double bed and bathroom. We were given what was basically a one bedroom apartment. This room was so big, so impressive, so clean and generally so pleasant. We were so upset we were only staying for one night. The room had a balcony with a view of the mountains. There was a full kitchen with a fridge. There is a full dining table and couch in the kitchen as well. It would be an ideal room for a family. Obviously we found this super affordable for what we got as well. Chamonix is also so beautiful so that's a massive bonus. At night the receptionist was making a cake for the next morning, we didn't have time for breakfast but from that experience alone I'm sure it's amazing. There's also a hang out/ board game room which was fully stocked and looked great.

Amazingly beautiful property, looking out onto the mountain range in Chamonix! It’s literally a minutes walk to the train station or a 40 minute walk along a pleasant river to enter main town Chamonix. The hotel also upgraded us for free which was amazing! And the breakfast was completely worth it, it felt like a home away from home:)
