The airline lost my bag and the lady at reception suggested I have it dropped with them so I didn’t miss them if they found and delivered the bag. Reception called me as soon as it arrived. I also mistakenly booked a night short. When they called to as about check out I was half way up a mountain in Italy at the time but they arranged an extra night. No hassle, really, really helpful!

Central in Chamonix. Nice small studio flat with beautiful views. All facilities easily accessible. It was clean and comfortable, for a beautiful 1 week of holiday. The French hosts were very nice and polite. It's my second time I book a small flat with them and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

The location, the cleanliness of the room, the views - it was great. There is a large grocery store not far away. For a holiday for two for 2-3 days, the place is suitable.
