The fine print
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in cash and US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency or when paying with credit card. The guest will be provided however an export invoice in order to redeem the VAT amount when leaving the country.In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

Nice comfortable room, beautiful property with a nice walk down to a beach. Very delicious breakfast including small pancakes with caramel syrup!

Beautiful place and rooms. The look of the rooms seemed fresh yet cosy at the same time. Friendly and helpful owners. A good breakfast on offer (not just the standard bread with ham and cheese). The bathroom was more spacious than most. Be sure to ask if the restaurant dinner is available during your stay as both nights of my stay dinner was unfortunately not available here.

This accommodation is perfect. Beautiful location, nice hosts, beautiful rooms but what they don't mention is that they also serve great dinners. And dolphins in the bay that is 500 meters from the hotel.

The supper and breakfast were very good.We enjoyed being able to walk through the forested path to the beach. Loved the birds and the beach.
