Great location. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff is so friendly. Parking is costly, but you can park at the shopping centre. Perfect location for shopping.

The location is decent, but the noise from the nearby main road at night can be disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. The rooftop pool also felt overcrowded, perhaps due to our weekend stay. That said, the breakfast buffet was a standout—varied, plentiful, and highly satisfying.

The rooms were clean and very spacious.. Nice to also be close to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which was really convenient. The views were spectacular..

Loved everything about this hotel, the rooms were styled amazing, they were clean and tidy, bathrooms were great, views were amazing, dining was great at both restaurants.
