Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, with modern furnishing, very quiet with very little noise being heard from the others apartments. We especially appreciated the spacious bath tub and the possibility of parking our car comfortably on the roof of the building. Also, there is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building, where you can comfortably buy groceries without going out. Very good value for the money in comparison with other accomodations; I keep coming back to here, whenever I am in the town!

I think the stay was generally very good, the staff is always available to help. I requested quite a number of things, and the staff is always there to help with everything. The location is perfect, near to several bus stop, you can catch many line of buses, near to the city center, easy to find food. Also there is a Billa supermarket just downstairs. I think all facilities are new, just that we face some problem with leaking sink in the bathroom but I think we manage, not severe leaking. I think I would recommend this place in České Budějovice.

The room was big with a very nicely equipped kitchen, the seating area was nice. The description on booking.com does not do this hotel justice at all, the room did by far exceed my expectations. The little I did see the staff (only in the reception) was really pleasant and to my surprise the spoke really good English, I have been at several locations in this city and most hotels stated the speak English but reality is you are lucky if the do. This is definitely the best service I have ever experienced in this area. I have definitely located a hotel in this area I will be returning to in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both friends, family and colleagues.

Amazing, modern, clean and comfortable spacious appartment. Not even a 10 minute walking distance to the centre of town. Supermarket in the same building as well as private parking.

Very difficult to rate as good and bad parts! Self proclaimed as offering"Home from home". This is an old military L-shaped barracks with its rectangle filled in with more modern buildings and a car park in the middle amd a supermarket at the bottom.. You can pay to park on the 3rd floor as a guest. Once we had been given an appropriate room and begun to understand the various lifts and corridor systems, this was a comfortable stay very close to the old town.
