Located in the old centre of Český Krumlov, Penzion Maštal is less than 10 minutes on foot from the Krumlov Castle, and offers simply-furnished rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Leisure activities nearby include canoeing, hiking and cycling.

Upon arrival into town, you can go through the pedestrian zone to reach Penzion Maštal and drop off any luggage. You can then leave the parking at the P1 parking, 350 metres away.
Please note that Penzion Maštal has no reception. You can collect your keys at the Maštal Restaurant located on site.
Please note that the breakfast is served at the next-door Hotel Maštal.

“Very central hotel with old school rooms.”

It‘s very central, good located, but no parking place, the closest one is approx 7-8 minutes walk. Ask for a 24h parking ticket when checking in to save money. They didn’t offer it to us, only after I asked (which I knew about from other reviews). Our room was spacious but smelled a little old. Bed was comfortable. The heater was extremely hot the whole time, although it was turned off. All in all it’s an okay stay for a night.

Breakfast was delicious perhaps coffee station could have been more accessible as it was in a corner and had to wait but it meant we talked to other travelers as we waited . Staff helped us with luggage up the stairs . CK Shuttles arranged a door up door taxi from Passau which was perfect.
