Upon arrival into town, you can go through the pedestrian zone from 15:00 to 22:30 for an extra surcharge of EUR 4 to reach Hotel Ruze and drop off any luggage. After luggage unloading, guests can park their car in the area located outside the pedestrian zone. We got a room upgrade with a huge bed and large room. The bathroom had a bath tub. The breakfast was the best breakfast ever :) Lots of fresh fruits and bakery and many different savoury options .

The location was great and the swimming pool and spa area is a really good facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the parking is close by.

Staff are friendly, good location, there is elevator, seems like some rooms have castle view, there is bathtub and the body soap smells nice we liked it.

The brazilian guy at the reception was really helpful, the location was perfect,the breakfast was really good and i liked the restaurant with the view outside on the terrace.

We loved this hotel! It was very comfortable with really beautiful character - we loved the architecture, the artwork and the furniture in the rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is excellent- very central with amazing views of the town. We were only there for one night but will definitely be back in the future!
