Please note that due to heritage building protection, there is no lift in the hotel.Upon arrival into town, you can go through the pedestrian zone from 15:00 to 10:30 to reach Hotel Grand and drop off any luggage. After luggage unloading, guests can park their car in the area located outside the pedestrian zone.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location is perfect - fronting the Market area for the Xmas Markets. Room was great and staff were super helpful, including a shuttle car to the car park (about 750 metres away) and back to the hotel. This is to be expected when you are staying in the Old Town of a UNESCO listed town. The dinner at Lumiere Restaurant was mind blowing - exceptionally good!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. Every detail has been considered. It had everything needed. Excellent location in the center of the old city. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing view.. A+++++

The staff were lovely and helpful. I got my room upgraded on check-in, which was a huge treat! The location is perfect, right off the main square. The room was spacious and well equipped. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at the hotel restaurant and they offer a great breakfast too.

The location is good , very hospitality staff, although we're the only guests for the day, hotel didnt provide the breakfast buffet, however, they provide the set breakfast and request upon our requests. Very sweet.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The lovely breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The very friendly staff made us feel right at home, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the perfect central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with major attractions just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
