We really enjoyed our stay here, exceptional staff which were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is very cute and authentic. We stayed in one of the rooms at the top and the view, incredible! Room had everything we needed and was relaxing.

The hotel is in an excellent location just off the main square; most attractions are walkable from the hotel. The room was large with great views, and a lovely bathroom with plentiful hot water and towels. Breakfast was a well stocked buffet with a selection of food including scrambled egg and sausages etc, cheeses and cold meats, croissants and bread plus more. We ate one night in the pizza/pasta restaurant downstairs and the food was excellent. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful but I would like to particularly mention Tereza who I dealt with whilst booking and who helped us with a taxi booking when our train was delayed by an hour. We will definitely be returning.

Just stayed one night during a longer holiday in Prague. Very good location indeed. Very nice hotel and lovely room and staff and wish we had time to stay there longer. Bathroom was particularly nice.

Arcadia was in a great location. Very close to bus station and only a short walk into town. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom large. Staff were friendly.
