Wow!! We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay in our lovely room with views of the castle & Cesky Krumlov!! Great location- easy short walk! Everything was very clean, bed very comfortable and shower great!! The hosts, Jonny & Juanita were very friendly, kind & helpful!! The breakfast was superb - so many choices- fresh juice & lovely coffee as well! Being able to make a coffee or tea in the reception/breakfast area was appreciated!! Great to leave our luggage there, use the facilities and make a cuppa while waiting for check in/& checkout!! A very charming place to stay - highly recommended!!

We recently stayed at this lovely villa, and it was such a great experience! The location was absolutely perfect, close to the city center (it’s only 10 minutes away on foot), yet peaceful and charming. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. What really stood out, though, were the amazing hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The food they made was delicious! Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor, making breakfast something to look forward to each morning. If you're looking for a clean, cozy place with fantastic hosts and delicious meals, we fully recommend the 1st Republic Villa. We will be visiting again, for sure!

Wonderfull place and good position close to historical town center. Excellent clean rooms in CZ 1st Republic style. Perfect breakfasts. Hotel (villa) is high rated and it has even surprised us more by warming excellent care.
