Lovely staff, amazing breakfast and really cozy room. Hotel is in a great location, close to the ruins and main park. We were travelling with 2 dogs and we didn't have any problems with our stay in the hotel which is a great plus :) We enjoyed our stay in hotel (and Cesis itself) so much, we were sad we could stay only for 1 night.

Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast served almost personally, but with care and various food. Very good location, close to the old town, park. A quiet place around. Spacious parking.

This is a terrific value for the money. No frills, but exactly what we expected. On site parking was very easy.

This hotel is a hidden gem, much like Cesis itself. It's a lovely litte town, and the hotel was wonderful. I think we were the only two people staying, but the hotel owner greeted us. For breakfast the next day, the lady serving what was a very hearty breakfast, was friendly. We think the bed was the biggest we have ever slept in, and was definately one of the most comfortable. We slept very well on our stay. We were able to leave out luggage while we explored Cesis the day we checked out, and when we picked the bags up, we had a nice chat with the manager in his broken English and our broken German - but somehow we made each other laugh. He has a cute cat called Maurice too. :-)

Super warm and friendly family working there, really enjoyedour stay. Nice breakfast spread with local produce. Spacious parking.

The bed, blanket and pillows where very comfy, had a great sleep. Option to open window and let fresh breeze in. Location was close city center and bus/train station but still on a quite street. Option to request another blanked if necessary.

Good sized room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is right in the centre of Cesis so everything was a short walk away. Friendly hosts.

Our first visit in Latvia. This hotel was like a travel fifty years back in time in a perfect way. Vary calm very clean very quiet in an excellent location. Big parking with very few cars. Spacious room. Big bathroom with a window. Excellent local breakfast served individually to your table. Very friendly young people serving you. The master of the house was an individual like in moovies ontly, we liked him very much!
