Villas Overview

Situated on the south-east coast of Cerf Island, South Point Villas Cerf Island offers villas with panoramic Indian Ocean views. Each villa features a private veranda with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities.
The villas also come with an open-plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge includes a TV and DVD player, and the fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and dining area. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the villas.
Guests can walk to the beaches during low tide or use the complimentary canoes that come with every villa. Diving and deep sea fishing trips can be arranged upon request.
A complimentary meal and starter pack of food and drinks is provided upon arrival. A chef menu is available for guests to order meals for the duration of their stay.
South Point Villas Cerf Island is set in St Anne Marine National Park, directly opposite Cache Island. The ferry journey to Mahe Island takes 10 minutes. The nearest airport is Seychelles International Airport on Mahe.

This villa features a electric kettle, sea view and oven. Three air-conditioned en-suite double bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, living room, and a large spectacular 'L'-shaped veranda with an 'off-the-beach' bathroom, large dining table, reclining furniture and couches. Veranda overlooks the ocean close to the water's edge, 180-degree views with exceptional perspective of Ile Cache, a tiny island 100 meters away. Large open-air private deck complete with dining table, Weber barbeque, and loungers for reclining. Beaches easily accessible at low tide, or you can take advantage of the canoes, provided for free with the villa.

This open-plan villa is air-conditioned and has a kitchen area and living area. It boasts a private veranda and plunge pool with sea views. The bathroom includes a large bath, separate shower and a double-basin.

Everything regarding staff and place, view etc was perfect. Canoe and marine was at priceless location. Amongst 150 islands i would recommend Cerf Island to stay,holiday and honeymoon

We stayed at South Point Villas for 4 nights as a group of 4. We loved the entire experience: the location, the accommodation, the kayaks, the snorkelling at the nearby reef, the views and privacy. A huge thank you to Michel and Christine who looked after us so extremely well. We would love to come back one day!
