This was our fourth stay at Irene, and as usual, it was wonderful. We traveled with another family, and the kids had a great time—the neighboring farm was as fun as always. The food was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We stayed in a larger room this time and experienced a bit of trouble with the shower and water pressure, but otherwise, we had no complaints. We’re always counting down the days until we can return!

The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in and a comfortable experience throughout our visit. The spacious, well-appointed rooms offered stunning views and a peaceful ambiance, perfect for unwinding. The on-site restaurant served delicious, fresh meals, with an impressive breakfast buffet that catered to all tastes.

Overall this hotel is very well located in Irene and only a 30 min drive to the OR Tambo Airport (without traffic). So very convenient.

Rooms were very spacious. The grounds are exceptional: beautiful, large, very well-kept. It feels like a country retreat and it's difficulty to imagine you are still in the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful which contributed to an enjoyable stay.
