Brendan was awesome and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Freshly prepared and perfect portions. The property is beautiful, and besides being at a busy area, the size of the gardens and the trees protect you from the surrounds.

Ernesto and Brendan were super friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is conveniently located and there are shops nearby. The bed was really comfortable and includes an electric blanket (perfect for the cold SA winter!). There is an aircon in the room as well. Overall my experience was pleasant, and I'm grateful to the management and staff of Five O'clock Zen for making my stay wonderful.

The staff. Very friendly and accommodating. My husband required a Halal menu and Brandon made the extra effort to have halal food options for him without us even making a special request . I really appreciated that 👌🏽.

Friendly host made me very comfortable. They were able to make some changes for breakfast due to my dietary requirements. I really appreciated how they took the time to learn what I liked when it came to breakfast options. The room was so clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was great!
