Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything was great and beyond what I was expecting. If you're coming in late on a bus or leaving early in the morning, it doesn't get any more convenient than this. Many hotels near transit hubs can be noisy and dirty but this place was great, brand new, clean, and the staff were fantastic. Would absolutely stay again

New and very nice contemporary design hotel. Perfect location, away from the city but still easy access for Tirana by bus just 15 min 50 cents or by taxi 6 euro. Both bus and taxi terminals are very close to hotel about 2 min walk. Also 2 min walk to big shopping center with all mainstream brands. Staff of the hotel were friendly and very helpful.

A new and clean hotel directly connected to the bus terminal. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff are all very kind, any questions about accommodations or not are answered 24 hours a day via WhatsApp, which is very reassuring for foreigners.

Checking in was a breeze. We were allowed to check in early. Location was fantastic. Close to the Bus Terminal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you travel by bus.

Excellent Wi-Fi connection, allowing me to take my calls remotely. Bus station around the corner, large shopping centers, and a taxi hub nearby. A clean hotel with friendly staff and plenty of breakfast options. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

Great location for the international bus terminal. Everything is new, modern & fresh. Great breakfast, and comfortable bed. Special credit to Julia on reception who is a star. She went out of her way to buy gluten free bread for me, and ensured a had a take away breakfast ready for me as my bus left before breakfast time started. She made me feel so welcome and nothing too much trouble. Thank you

I picked this hotel as it was right next to bus station and boy was I surprised the service is the best and the room is super clean and comfortable the breakfast was fabulous a great value for sure.

Everyone had a very good character. Especially the staff at the bar and the employee at the reception were very good. His knowledge of Turkish was very useful for us and he did his best to ensure we had the best stay. He should definitely work as a manager and his salary should be increased. I think he had an impact on us staying here.
