A fantastic location - a 15 minute drive to all of the Disney parks and 30 minutes to Universal. Water refill readily available. Staff really helpful with lots of advice on transport and location. Feel shuttle to Disney parks both ways which was fantastic. Restaurants and shops in close proximity - walking to these is possible. A pool is available too. Lots of parking readily available.

My whole stay was great from start to finish. The property is kept clean throughout the day. My room was really spacious, clean and well furnished/equipped. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t a huge variety, but definitely an added bonus when you consider the price you’re paying. The main bonus of this place was the free theme park shuttle. Runs once in the morning and once in the evening (so sometimes you have to wait til a certain time to be picked up) but it made such a difference to my trip. I didn’t have to worry about expense for travel to the parks and the shuttle was clean and spacious. The driver was very friendly and helpful too Over all it was a great stay for someone wanting to visit Disney with a lower budget. I would absolutely visit again as I couldn’t fault anything!

I loved the service. They were all really nice to us and helped as much as they could. Shuttle to Disney Parks is really good, driver is a very nice, respectful person. $30 refund happened really fast.

They offer free shuttle for the parks and a great exclusive service for drop off and pick up from the parks to the airport!!

The transfer service was the most convenient service offered. It was very helpful to get to Disney’s theme parks, reliable and punctual. I read some negative comments about the place and it scared me a bit. However, it was a nice surprise to find the place very clean and comfortable. Everything was simple, as expected according to the price. The bed was big and comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly, the shower had hot water and there was a mini fridge and tv in the room. There were no bugs as other people said they experienced. There is a pool that is clean and with decent depth to swim. The localization is great, there’s a restaurant in the same parking lot. Lots of other restaurants and stores within a few blocks. The lock in the room worked well.
