I wish we had spent more time at Mystic Dunes. They have so many incredible facilities, but we spent all our time at the parks and didn't take the time to take advantage of the other facilities. The room itself was nice. I enjoyed having a kitchenette, because I like cooking and I was still able to do that. The bed was comfy and the bathroom (and toiletries) was great. We also took advantage of the free shuttles to Seaworld and Universal Studios. The staff were soooo accommodating. I forgot my passport in the safe in the room and had to call from the airport, luckily we had gotten to the airport early so I was able to pop back to the resort to collect it, but they had offered different options for getting it back to me. Apart from this, they sent shuttles to get us around the resort (it's a fairly big resort) or to carry our luggage, etc.

Unfortunately, I checked in too late and didn’t get a chance to use the other facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable. If I visit Orlando again, I will definitely book this hotel.

The suite was beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room and bathrooms were clean. The appliances are modern, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We would be happy to come again.

So spacious and clean. We got much more value for money than we expected. There isn’t much “vibe” here but that’s because most people are at the theme parks! The pool was clean and a good temperature. Location was great, as was check in and

Proximity to Disneyland and other parks including the free shuttle bus to these locations was brilliant. Pools were nice and well kept. The room we stayed in was super spacious.

Room size was terrific and, once the lagoon pool was reopened, we enjoyed that. Bed was fabulous. Great to have a big oven & dishwasher.
