The location of the hotel is very near to the famous pungko pungko fuente and the place is clean. The check-in and check out process is smooth and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is great because it's really at the center of the city and near good eats and supermarkets, and also hospitals if needed. The room is huge, complete with basic needs. It's comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ample as well.

Family Room is good size. Has microwave. Bathroom water pressure strong n good, heater works well. Sink is good. Provides water dispenser just outside room.

New, clean facility. Friendly and polite service. Great email contact. An airport transfer was organized for us. The hotel is located 2 km from the main tourist attractions - you can get there for PHP 100 by taxi. Lots of shops around.

- Pillows, super comfy - Staff, excellent - Location, in a relatively peaceful corner of a busy city but still very accessible - Good food (Breakfast was included, non-breakfast meals were reasonably priced, decent serving size) - Free water (You can just bring a tumbler instead of buying bottled water, can refill anytime coz there's free water in the hallway)
