rooms are spotless clean and brand new, at least on high floor. the photos online are photos prior to renovation. Staff can be between excellent and no go. Breakfast too much food - better higher quality and less choices. Internet excellent.

Our 2 nights of stay was excellent. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, and the rooms were spacious. The location is a bit far from the center but there's a lot of taxi or grab and you can ask for help in the reception.

Rooms were adequate, breakfast was OK, very busy but only to 4* standard and dinner was terrible in the main restaurant, but better on the terrace.

We love the yogurt bar selection, coffee was great, the pool is ideal. Lobby is spacious and well decorated for Valentine's. Food at Blue Bar Grill were amazing and top notch service.

I'm very happy with the good service, the staff mostly are friendly, the breakfast are good, the swimming pool very clean. I want to stay there again in the near future.

Breakfast for Filipinos was superb!!! Unfortunately, for my British husband he find the dish more Asian. With westerns, they are keen on baked/roast potatoes, grilled tomatoes, sausage (not hotdogs) bacon and baked beans. For the 7 breakfast we had they only serve bacon for 1 day if I'm not mistaken. There was once the baked beans run out, it took time for them to refill. My husband ended up losing his appetite waiting, and just grabbed some toast. But all the staff at the restaurant are very welcoming. Vey friendly. Always smiling. They always offer us coffee when we arrived at the table. One of your housekeeping staff named Jasper is very nice as well. He is working very hard even on Sinulog Day! Our room was so tidy and arranged. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
