The staff was simply sensational, thank you to the doorman , reception, F&B, and housekeeping ( Bobby). I have stayed in many hotels in Manila this rates above the rest.

The buffet breakfast was one of the best that we have experienced in all of our travels. Similarly, the roof top pool was outstanding. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Staff were very obliging especially when we left a mobile phone in a Grab vehicle and they helped facilitate its recovery.
